I was skeptical about the "lifts up to an inch" claim but it actually delivers, and my bust sits noticeably higher under a fitted top. The underwire is comfortable enough that I forget I'm wearing it by mid-day.

Wore this under a fitted sweater all day and the lace never scratched once. The underwire actually gives that extra lift it promises, my bustline sits noticeably higher. Vintage look is a nice bonus too.
